Just as its said,’Set a thief,to catch a thief’, Police has teamed up with self proclaimed ‘Ghetto President’ Bobi Wine in trying to help reform the youth who involve them selves in drug abuse. Police officer Kirumira revealed “Today he was trying to help us reform the youth who involve them selves in drug abuse which which eventually affect their lives and commit crimes which disturb peace”.
 Earlier on yesterday,Police Officer Kirumira Muhammed recovered over 1000 Phone handsets as he was quoted below; “We have made efforts and recovered over 1000 handsets, stolen from around Kampala and neighboring areas, we prosecuted six suspects before court, and now we are ready to receive claimants of the said smart phones beginning with Monday 05.04.16 at Old Kampala Division Police Headquarters. Come along with your receipts, a police reference,and any other document to the effect of proof of ownership.In case you don’t have a document at least produce a police reference, to prove that you lost the said phone.
We shall then ask Service providers, to give us better records.
This is what I feel shall promote the confidence that we are protecting and serving you our tax payers.”
