Controversial show, ‘Kalondozi’ cleared by UCC, to start airing on Valentines

Pastor Yiiga’s Kawaala based, ABS TV could be having the last laugh after there controversial TV show, Kalondozi got cleared by the media regulatory body, Uganda Communications Commission.

The show was banned last November for airing pornographic content after exposing a video showing one of the former employees and lover of Pastor Yiiga, Maggie Kayima bathing naked in a shrine.

News reaching our desks have it that the controversial show has been cleared this evening following a statement from Uganda Communication commission and will start airing next month on Valentines day,

“What you’ve been waiting for is finally here and thanks for the prayers, Kalondozi is going to be back on air on 14th Feb 2016. This is the letter that accepts us to air the show, thank you for supporting us as we even won an award though kalondozi was not on air,” – a statement read on ABS TV’s Facebook account
