The ‘Nabwiso’ couple is set to premiere their new film ‘Rain’ under their new Nabwiso filming Company. The ‘Nabwiso films’ is a film production company doing both educational and entertainment Film, television commercials, documentaries.
‘Rain’ will be their first feature film about A young girl from kawoko village with a dream to become a great music artist in Kampala. However to become her dream she goes through a series of unfortunate events which almost kill her dream. The lead actress is Eleanor Nabwiso and the cast include Joanita Bewulira, Philip Luswata, Alie Mutaka, Joel Okuyo Prynce, Mathew Nabwiso, Richard Tuwangye and Gerald Rutaro. The film was directed by Daniel Mugerwa and Mathew Nabwiso with Obulamu company, Prefa, MAAD advertising agency and Coca-Cola among the sponsors.
It will be premiered at the Hub cinema Oasis Mall on the 19th August for the Corporate show and 20th August for the main premier. Corporate show tickets will go for 100k while the main premier 50k.
