Uganda’s Electrol Commission Chairman, Engineer Badru Kiggundu was seen at undisclosed airport after flying out to unknown destination for a Vacation. The EC Chairman who sat in an economy class during his trip,is expected to take a short leave vacation abroad before returning back home.
