 Veteran radio Presenter and now a Business development manager, Monitor Publications ltd was on Saturday introduced by his Fiance Shiba Nassali in secret colorful ceremony. The ceremony took place in Mbarara ,attended by few close Celebrity friends and relatives. Former Shadow Angels boss Roger Mugisha is a father to three sons from the previous relationships. They have been dating for some good time with Shiba and even had their ‘kukyala’ in March this year. Congratulations Roger Mugisha and Shiba.
