Sad news coming in indicates that Ugandan top female rapper, Jocelyn Tracy Keko will not be recording anymore music.
The “How we do it†hit-maker announced via twitter that she is retiring from music, adding that her mixtape titled “Love From Venus†will be her very last release.
“Love from Venus will be my last works, I am sorry if I have disappointed anyone but after long thought I feel it’s for the best.†she tweeted.
“Yes I am retiring from recording music, I hope my last compositions add to the legacy. Thank you for being supportive and buying the music.†She added in another tweet.
Keko’s decision comes a few months after the 28-year-old rapper joined Reach a Hand Uganda, a youth led non-profit organization focused on youth empowerment programs, as a goodwill ambassador and cultural icon. Could this be a celebrity stunt to make a come back ?? Or Keko is just frustrated ?
