Xelimpilo describes the song as a sad love story of a guy in quest for a lady to wait for him. “The song speaks about a guy having intentions of taking a girl out, because he is attracted to her and she decides to leave after having drinks, despite the guy pleading with her to wait and not leave right away.”
Xelimpilo is no stranger to the music scene either, as he is a former member and leading vocalist of the multi award-winning music band Uhuru, which was signed to record label giant Kalawala-Jazzme.
The single will be released on Friday 19 February 2021 and music lovers will be able to access the single on various digital platforms including Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube Music.
