The Christian inspired MADS Fashion Expo is set to make it’s second edition on Saturday at the Miracle Cathedral Church , Rubaga.
The fashion runway show is set to be more entertaining as gates will be open as early as 9:00am with lots of gaming activities staged up for the day ranging from the millionaire’s walk, basketball, netball, swimming and volleyball among other activities till around 1:00pm
Then after lunch, the fashion runway show will kick off from 7:00pm as the youth league from within the Church will be gracing the runway to showcase different designs and fashions from different selected designers on the evening.
A number of city renowned designers like Amavix Fashion, Marvin Kampala, Tu Cute, Micky Designs, King Style by Caesar and House of Agwa are some of the designers that will showcase their designs.
At the event several prizes are expected to be given out to best performers as a panel of judges that will have popular model scout and manager Joram Muzira Job, Fashion Designer Brenda Maraka, and runway model Reagan Abdul Rahim as they will have decided.
The event will also have renowned hair guru Hair by Zziwa as the shows model’s hair stylist of the day with Trilux Hair and Beauty studio as makeup artistes.
The show looks at providing a Christian inspired platform for the youth to embrace fashion, style and nurture a Christian fashion industry.
