Nigeria’s top music icon, 2face Idibia has changed his name for the second time to 2baba. The artist whose real name is Innocent Ujah Idibia, is one of the most decorated and successful Afro pop artists in Africa. In 1996, Idibia adopted the stage name “2Face†to which he cited the reason as “trying to demarcate my personal life with my business life.†as interviewed by then.
However, the Hypertek boss has taken to Twitter recently to announce that he has decided to adopt the nickname ‘2baba’ and would like to be addressed as such in the music industry. He has also changed his social media accounts including Instagram and Twitter to @official2baba and the moment he changed his facebook name, automatically the blue tick was taken off his page,something so many celebrities ard yearning to get.
