With just two weeks left for the 2016 elections,Ugandan Celebrities have come out and pledged for peaceful elections. Among these included Comedian Patrick Idringi,Singer Navio who are quoted below;
Comedian Salvador is quoted;Word!! I pray that the good Lord sees us through this period, this is the month, my vote is for peace… Vote for the candidate of your choice and accept whatever outcome. My vote is for a peaceful Uganda
Rapper Navio also added on;I pledge peace, peace for these elections. Leaving a few words to the media before i set off for the Chosen Album release in Nairobi.
So its up to us the media not to incite any violence by writings or speeches on any media platform.
