Its not an everyday luck to see anyone walk to fame after a few years on TV, well you can ask Bryan McKenzie who tried his luck on WBS TV but quit after a few years of trying hard to impress and gain viewership ratings. When Douglas Lwanga left his popular TV show ‘Katogo’, Jaxta came in thinking it will be a walk over for him, something that led to his failure till his exit at Record TV.
To leave a mark, it needs someone to be more than just a TV Presenter, it needs one to be a brand and influencer, on and off the Cameras. The Fashion sense and maturity on the screen is something many people under look, Lucky enough, he has mastered this and right now the direction King Malcom Shovon is taking has made him a brand at the industrial area based TV station.
Radio Career…
With the likes of Byg Kahuna, Deejay Gero already known as big personalities at Hot 100FM, King Shovon made the quickest decision in his life and took over McKenzie’s boots after he left to join Radio City. Within one year, Hot 100 FM couldn’t feel the gap left when McKenzie walked away, right now King Shovon is a key pillar at the Bukoto based radio station something that has earned him several nominations and a job at Urban TV.
TV Career
A few years back, no one knew Shovon, despite the fact that he was already making it big on radio. King Shovon’s chance came in when Mosha flew out to the US, Bush Baby then took a firm decision that Shovon was the right man for the job inspite of his little experience . Right now, King Malcom Shovon’s Skizzy music show is the biggest thing at Urban TV.
Bebe Cool is one person who believes in quality, i was not surprised when he decided to ask to be hosted on Skizzy earlier on today. Ohh had left out the M7Challenge, Shovon you tried your best.
