News in reveals that Court has kicked out new Busiro South County MP and Super FM,Peter Ssematimba out of parliament over lack of academic qualifications.
Mr Sekigozi, in a petition filed a few months, says Mr Sematimba only holds a certificate issued by the East African Examinations Council in 1978, which cannot be equated to an Advanced Level certificate, the minimum requirement for nomination in parliamentary elections.
He adds that Mr Sematimba presented a forged certificate from a US-based university to the Electoral Commission for nomination.
Peter Ssematimba who is a former student at Kings College Budo is in his late 40’s, but does not like to give his age publicly, returned from the United States in 1993 and staying there for 14 years., 2006.
