During last month’s brawl in Club Guvnor where a one Johnnie lost his life after it was claimed that Ivan Kamyuka (killer) used a glass bottle to hit him which caused a cut at the neck vessel killing him instantly after loss of blood.
If Ivan’s family and Lawyers are sharp and serious, they can appeal for Manslaughter since the Video footage shows that the late Johnnie attacked first. Manslaughter means accidentally killing someone either cause of self defense or ignorance. And if Ivan Kamyuka is charged with Manslaughter, he will spend in jail a period of 5-10years rather than murder which means Life sentence.
