The Police has finally arrested Jeff Kiwanuka proprietor of Kabalagala based club DEJAVU and also a manager to singer Sheebah Kalungi on fresh charges of ritual sacrifice and murder.
Patrick Onyango who is the Kampala metropolitan police spokesperson confirmed his arrest and said he has been added on the first murder suspect’s file as police investigations continue.
This was a directive from the Director police Crime intelligence Col Ndawula Atwooki to the commandant Special Investigations Division in Kireka Mark Odongo ordering for his immediate arrest.
Kiwa is currently being detained at CID in Kireka pending investigations,his arrest also comes barely days after the arrest of Were a resident of Lumino village in Busia district who was arrested in Kasanga on Wednesday after police got a tip off that he was taking a head of a six year old Joel Ogema to Jeff Kiwa as a way of helping him join Illuminati.
