Singers Lyto Boss and Catherine Kusasira have this evening won a court case against fellow singer Iryn Namubiru,all this in relation to the saga around the ‘Anjagala’ song by Lyto boss,Catherine Kusasira had sold to Iryn Namubiru and Fusion records.1 million shillings which was meant to pay for a song called ‘Anjagala’ written by Lyto boss wasn’t given to him,but Iryn Namubiru went on to voice and record the song without their notice till the time of releasing it. This saga at one point led to the arrest of Catherine who spent a night in the coolers at Kigo before she was bailed out. Lyto boss also tasted the coolers over the same issue.
 Catherine Kusasira couldn’t hide her excitement as she is quoted saying ;”Ladies and Gentlemen,Finally we have won a court case against Iryn Namubiru’s Fusion Band.I want to thank all our fans that have been with us during these trying moments with my brother Lyto Boss. I want to thank Katende & Ssempebwa advocates,because i never knew we would win this case because someone had put in alot of money.God is great”
