Opposition leader and FDC’s 2016 presidential aspirant today turned 60 years old. Colonel Kiiza Besigye who is married to Winnie Byanyima was surprised this morning with a luwombo meal by his close friend and Mayor, Erias Lukwago.
“Some little moment off the busy schedule to share a delicious luwombo with the birthday boy. Happy 60th birthday my brother Dr. Besigye.” Erias Lukwago posted a picture with a caption.
