Jinja town is already painted purple and set to welcome Douglas Lwanga’s first regional purple party at Club Velvet. The NTV presenter and Purple Party CEO saw the need to host regional purple parties after his fans around the country felt left out. Douglas has over the past 4 years organised successful purple parties around Kampala,this time round he took it to a regional level to be able to meet his fans,he started from Jinja after then he will later head to Mbabara in May.
This Saturday at Club Velvet, fans will pay 20k only at the entrance as they enjoy music mixes from 256 spin doctor DJ Shiru,music performance from Ziza Bafana and MC Kats hosting alongside the man himself ‘Lwanga Douglas’. People in Jinja are already excited to host the first ever regional purple party as seen in the pics below;
