Just a few days ago,National Water and Sewerage Corporation bumped into and arrested members of socialite Ivan Ssemwanga’s family after they were found with illegal water connections. This time round the victim was Tycoon Haruna Ssentongo,a brother to city tycoon HAM.
“We’re unearthing an illegal water connection at Tycoon Haruna Sentongo’s Shopping Arcade under construction in Mengo. Customers who steal water deny many deserving Ugandans a right to safe water” NWSC posted.
