Today,I became the local “Village”hero.Three weeks ago ,I posted about a group of notorious thugs, who had been operating at a car wash bay directly opposite a police post, at the round about from Bukoto along the northern bypass. They always got police bond when ever they were arrested.
The DPC Kira Rd police station,after several complaints about the police post, carried out a major operation, netting a number of thugs in the area last week. This morning, two of the most notorious thugs led by Congo(in a yellow t-shit) showed up at place asking for forgiveness.
I decided to ask them to apologize to the pubic, promise to be responsible citizens in future and do community service for two weeks. Right now ,they are clearing a blocked drainage tunnel.The locals are happy .
