Singer Bakri Matovu famously known for his 18 & over hit song, looks like he is determined to make a major comeback. The latest we’ve learnt is that the singer/tailor has clinched a new management deal with a music promotions company called; Jamaine Promotions.

Bukedde TV’s Wajjid was his manager, before falling out with him in 2015, and, later getting signed onto DJ Shiru’s label, Music Permit. According to reliable sources, Shiru and Jamaine have entered a partnership that will see them working together to revive Bakri’s career.

“Yes. I have signed a deal with Jamaine and a lot of projects are already underway. We have shot a very expensive video which I am sure will shake this country like an earth quake. My fans should just keep their heads up.This is my passion. I have never had a discussion with my father to quit music.” Bakri was quoted.
