South Sudan’s ‘Mr Independent’ taking over airwaves in Obama’s land

William Bongomin famously known by his stage name “MR.INDEPENDENT” aka the “Musical Doctor” is emerging as one of the fastest South Sudanese growing recording artists in the US (Arizona) in such a way that is promising to South Sudan’s music industry of him becoming the new Music doctor of Africa’s youngest nation, South Sudan as he puts on an over all “musical aspect coats” of being a song writer and a great performer toiling in mainly in the musical styles of Afro-beats and a unique Africa Zouk Music which is unprecedented by the majority.Mr. INDEPENDENT’s songs are recognized for greatly influencing peace, love and cohesiveness among South Sudanese and the rest of the African nations. He launched his music career in 2007, in 2010, he released a hit song dubbed “vote for separation” which was for the sole purpose of the referendum and with this successful lucid song to everyone, Radio and TV stations played it over and over again during the process. Also, his undeniable talent landed him into an international collaboration with one of Africa’s finest “Awilo Logomba” on a hit song called” Crazy ” which became a major hit in many parts of Africa becoming the first of a Junubin (S. Sudanese) kind to dominate the air plays on channel O and a song that could wake up Yabat (Old men) and Abobat(elderly women) to Hizu (shake) while taking their bun (Coffee). It became an anthem to African kids in the US.

In 2015, he formed a current up and running group named “White Nile Ent” after a long struggle of forming and leaving several groups. In the same year he dropped his first album “African Pride” which was a major success and played a big role among-st Americans and other Africans in the US.
