This week started on a bad note as one the favorite water hang out Spennah Beach was closed down. One of Entebbe’s greatest party treasures was evicted to give room for the expansion of Protea-Mariot Hotel, which located is west of the beach.
Spennah Beach has been a popular destination for top celebrities like Salvador,MC Esco and several beach goers who visited it mostly on weekends to enjoy the cool breeze of the Lake Victoria, the golden sunset and loud music played there.
Mr. Asiimwe disclosed; “The management is currently looking for another location where the beach will be situated, we were also shocked when they told us to relocate within a short time. We shall communicate to the public as soon as possible”.
